Time to get your kneepads on, mouthguards in and skates laced up: your favourite roller-girls are ready to hit the track!
As you know, we’ve been training 40 new skaters, and just wait ‘til you see their appetite for destruction! This new breed of derby girl is a testament to just how tough this comp is getting as things heat up for the year in Adelaide derby land.
Along with our hot new skaters, all four teams have spanking new uniforms to unleash, as well as a new band line-up. And the most exciting bit of news… our fourth team.
Fresh from the crypt we give you The Wild Hearses! These derby dames of death skate by the motto that they are just ‘Too Deadly’ and the derby action will be brought to the track fast and furious – just the way you like it – when they debut against seasoned veterans The Salty Dolls for the first 2010 bout on Sunday April 18th.
We know you’ve been holding your breath in anticipation of the 2010 bout dates, so here they are, click here to see the bout schedules. For the first time ever Adelaide Roller Derby will be holding a Grand Final double header event with all four teams skating.
