Born the slightly eccentric yet reserved daughter of an Amish biscuit factory owner, Ginger grew up always referred to as the local nut or “Ginger Nut”. Dressed from head to toe in drab garb, Ginger was always the subservient and compliant servant of her family’s wishes. After many years of envisioning another life, Ginger finally built up the courage to break free of her father’s old fashioned beliefs and escape into the great wide world where she shed her oppressive rags, discovered roller derby and has since been known as “Ginger Nut Risk It”!
