The Dies know that’s not a big enough gap for a sure win, and the Roadies know it too, and both teams come out firing in the second half. From there it’s tit-for-tat the whole way; neither side gives an inch and both teams score around the same number of points for the half. The Mile Dies retain the lead and claim both the bout and 2009 season victory at full time, with a final score of MDC79:RTR55.
